DIRECT FITNESS SOLUTIONS 2008-09 ILLINOIS HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETE OF THE MONTH

Direct Fitness Solutions is proud to introduce our Illinois High School Athlete of the Month Award. In doing so, we will be recognizing top accomplishments by high school athletes. Every month in the 2008-09 school year we will accept e-mail nominations from the public; from those nominations, we'll select the winner based on their performance in the previous month beginning with September 2008.

Nominations can come from anyone and can be for any varsity athlete in any sport. Every nomination must be accompanied by the full name of the nominator, the nominator's phone number and e-mail address, and his/her relationship to the athlete. If we don't have all the required information, the nomination is not valid. And, most importantly, you'll also need to give us a detailed explanation as to why your nominated athlete is deserving of special recognition.

Each winner will receive a personalized trophy to commemorate their achievement as well as $250.00 donated by Direct Fitness Solutions to their school's athletic department in his/her name. Prizes will be awarded monthly, with a $1,000.00 award towards the college fund of the overall winner in the form of a check at the end of the school year.
